He practices Law in the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and Hon’ble Delhi High Court. He has founded the law firm, Law Chambers of J. Sai Deepak.
He is engaged by law firms and individual solicitors to appear on behalf of their clients before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the Madras High Court, the Competition Commission of India, and the NCLAT.
An engineer-turned-lawyer, he has carved a niche for himself as a litigator in Civil Commercial litigation, IP litigation, Constitutional law, and Competition law with reported judgments to his credit in each of these practice areas.
Over the years, he has been a part of several landmark matters, such as the ones relating to the Sabarimala Ayyappa Temple, the Sri Padmanabhaswamy Temple and Basmati Geographical Indications.
His first book – “India That Is Bharat: Coloniality, Civilisation, Constitution” was awarded with SKOCH Literature Award.
The second book of J. Sai Deepak is titled – “India, Bharat and Pakistan: The Constitutional Journey of a Sandwiched Civilisation”.
