Mikhil Musale is a Maharashtrian, born & brought up in Ahmedabad, is among very few director’s whose regional debut film “Wrong Side Raju” has won a National Award for Best Gujarati Film.
Mikhil was also part of the India’s Entry to Oscar’s this year in 2017 as a jury member which selected ‘Newton’ as an official entry
He was felicitated by ‘President of India’ on 4th May 2017 at Vigyan Bhavan, Delhi followed by PM ‘Narendra Modi’ on 5th May.
He has also been the Creative Director & co founder of the production house “CineMan Productions Ltd” who has produced game changer films like ‘Kevi Rite Jaish’ & ‘Bey Yaar’ from 2010 to 2016
He is also an Ad Film Maker & has directed more than 30 Television Commercials uptil now.
His second film was “Made in China” starring Rajkumar Rao, Boman Irani, Mouni Roy, Sumeet Vyas & Manoj Joshi. Film is being produced by Maddock Films was released on 25th Oct 2019. Third film is a social thriller with Nimrat Kaur & Radhika Madan produced by Maddock Film slated to be released in 2023.
